Scope Boundaries to Understand

  • Geographic response times: The 8-hour emergency response target applies to facilities within 150 miles of a service center. Remote locations may experience 12-24 hour response depending on distance and technician availability.
  • Third-party equipment: We service many competitor brands, but warranty-covered repairs on non-AirMaster equipment require coordination with the original manufacturer and may extend resolution timelines.
  • Obsolete parts: For systems older than 20 years, certain compressors and control boards may be discontinued. We maintain remanufactured parts inventory where possible, but some legacy components may require custom fabrication at additional lead time and cost.
